A new study conducted by California-based sales consultancy firm, Pied Piper, found that Mercedes-Benz and Lexus rank the highest when it comes to measuring how well U.S. car shoppers were treated in dealer showrooms, whether they bought a new car or not. Mercedes-Benz and Lexus tied for first place, followed by Jaguar, Saturn and Land Rover. The study ranked 14 brands below the industry average.
