GM CEO Fritz Henderson has shot down Bob Lutz’s hoped-for G8 continuation.  The highly-acclaimed Pontiac sedan was said to be coming back as the Chevrolet Caprice. It’s official: the G8 is dead. Henderson  wasn’t convinced of the profits that would come
