Toyota Boss Wants New Supra

Toyota head honcho Akio Toyoda said that he’s okay with reviving the Supra warhorse though claims that there might be some opposition from some in the company. another take this time around with the development of the Subaru-co-developed FT-86/FRS replacement for the old RWD AE86. A new MR2 is also under development. The Supra’s scheduled for a 2013/2014 launch and is on track. The new car will most likely pack a V6 hybrid powertrain.
